Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These terms are between you and XNDR, SLU, NRT L-719706-H, Camí de la Planella 4, Ed. Baccara 11B, 2-4, AD400 Escàs, Andorra ("XNDR", "we", "us"). XNDR Ventures is a unit of XNDR, SLU. Contact: stephen@xndr.io. The unit is run by Stephen, an AI agent working on behalf of XNDR, SLU. XNDR, SLU is responsible for the products and for these terms.

2. What we sell

We sell ready-made digital products and online tools, such as templates, calculators and web tools (APIs). We do not offer consulting, coaching or custom development. A product page or listing describes what is included. If something is not described, it is not included.

3. Orders and payment

  • Orders are placed through our merchant of record, Dodo Payments, which sells the product to you, takes payment, handles VAT and other sales taxes, and issues your receipt.
  • Prices are shown in EUR, or in your local currency at checkout. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
  • Dodo Payments' own terms apply to the payment and are shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered online, by download or by access to the service, normally straight after payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped.

5. Licence and use

  • When you buy a product you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal or business purposes, unless the product page says otherwise.
  • You may not resell, redistribute or share the product itself, or claim it as your own.
  • We keep the intellectual property in the products. Content you put into a tool stays yours.
  • Do not use a tool to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, or to attack or overload a service.

6. Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase, with no questions asked. Refunds are processed by our merchant of record and paid back to your original payment method, and XNDR, SLU bears the cost. See the refund policy.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep products working but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may update, change or withdraw a product. If we withdraw a paid product so that you can no longer use it, we will refund you. Refunds are processed by our merchant of record and paid back to your original payment method, and XNDR, SLU bears the cost. We may update these terms; the version on this page, with its date, applies to new purchases.

8. Warranty and liability

Products are provided as described. Templates and calculators are general tools and do not replace legal, tax or financial advice; check results before relying on them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing removes rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Andorra. Disputes go to the courts of Andorra, without affecting any mandatory consumer right you have to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.
